Breaking free from the chains of limitation is ALWAYS worth it.

sunlight through chains represent limitlessness as breaking the chains of belief in your limitation

As we enter these final days of limitlessness month (for this year anyway!), I invite you to move forward in work-life and life-life joyfully. Actively use what you've learned to craft your own habit of regularly, consistently seeking out and embodying your own limitlessness.

Breaking the chains that limit you is ALWAYS worth it. There is NEVER a better pursuit, habit, and approach you can dedicate your life towards. You truly can have, be, and do what you seek to do, in greater and greater horizons of magnitude -- you just need to accept it within yourself. Make "seeking your limitlessness" your mantra, and feel it as the barriers crash out of the way as you move forward.

Live A Life Without Regret

The high cost of NOT pursuing your limitlessness is regret. Life-time-energy is only so long, and the more you put off things believing in unreal limits, the less you get to bank up the amazing opportunity, satisfaction, and growth contained in them. Limits create missed opportunities. Missed opportunities create regret. Regret at all the things you know you could have done. Don't let that be your life's flow!

Use the regrets from your past to commit to living as a Limitless person, now and each day going forward. Take some time to reflect on all the times where you chose a lesser option. Here are three common reasons this happens:

  • Someone you trusted said it wasn't possible.

  • Someone insisted you NOT do this, in order to retain their approval.

  • You yourself believed you did not have the qualities "required" to succeed.

I've had all three happen to me, and I'm sure you have too. Look for any patterns that may emerge. Do you have supposedly "authoritative" resources saying "it's just not possible?" If so, choose to not believe them -- there are always edge cases and exceptions. Do you have people who manipulate you emotionally, those who say "why are you hurting me by wanting this big dream of yours?" If so, have a long talk with them -- or, you may need to rethink your relationship, if its cost is YOUR limitation. Do you believe all the b.s. around you being too young, too old, too talkative, not talkative enough, too this, too that, to succeed? If so, realize again, there's no such thing. Everyone's story of limitlessness is their own deep, personal journey.

Learn to embrace your work-life and life-life as a place of limitless potential. Learn to brush off any of the energies of those who would try to convince you otherwise.

Realize that when you limit yourself, not-do, or hold back, you also lose the potential for growth contained within the activity. EVEN if you fail at it, EVEN if you find out you don't like it, you would gain the "compound interest" and the wisdom contained within the doing of it. Each time you accept a choice that is LESS than the limitlessness you truly are, you diminish your present and your future.

Be kind with your past self, and realize, past regrets by now are just contrasts so you can see who you truly are. Begin to choose limitlessness in your daily choices going forward. What would you have done, if you could change those past events? What WILL you do, to realize you have the power to move forward positively?

Break Free From The Chains: Designing Your Life of Limitless Possibilities

While it's common to ask questions like, "If you knew NO boundaries, what are ALL the things you would do?", I find the answers that come up too bombastic to be really useful. If you are the same, try more of a "Curate Your Life" approach. Walk through your life, day, and energy in both work-life and life-life. Where do you identify the energies of limits? Where do you yearn to break free? Where do you have the biggest and most vision-charged goals, if you only put the energy under it?

Take these areas and set intentional goals to change them, one by one, daily, consistently. Let go of that which limits you and put limitlessness in its place. Work to let limitlessness be the foundation of cultivating a fulfilling and purpose-driven life.

Deepening Practice: "Living Regret-Free Vision Board"

  1. Reflect on Past Regrets: Take some time to reflect on past regrets and the lessons they have taught you. Identify patterns and themes to gain deeper insights into areas of growth.

  2. Locate Regrets Based On Limitation: Specifically, find the regrets around limitation -- all the things you wanted to do, but held back on.

  3. Define Your Vision: Clarify what living a regret-free, limitless life means to you. Envision your ideal future without the burden of regrets or limits, and set specific goals for each aspect of your life.

  4. Visualize Your Dreams: Collect images, quotes, and symbols that represent your aspirations and desires. Use magazines, online images, or your own creations to craft a visual representation of your vision.

  5. Create Your Vision Board: Arrange the collected images and words on a board or a digital platform in a way that resonates with you. Make it visually appealing and inspiring to keep you motivated.

  6. Review and Update Regularly: Place your vision board in a prominent location where you can see it consistently. Review it regularly, and make updates as your goals and aspirations evolve over time.

Break the chains that you feel are your limits. Make this a fun, engaging, lifelong endeavor. Enjoy the results you create. Above all... be LIMITLESS!
